Welcome to Spectra Clinic! These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Spectra Clinic website (www.spectra-clinic.com) and its services.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We would like to assure you that nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not register of or use our website www.spectra-clinic.com or services.
Prices: All prices listed on the Spectra Clinic website are subject to variation without prior notice. We reserve the right to vary and increase prices at any time. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT.
Appointments: Appointments can be made online, in person, or by phone. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment time. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid incurring any fees and charges. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
Right to Refuse: Spectra Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatments or services to any client for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, medical conditions, contraindications, or inappropriate behavior. Spectra Clinic also reserves the right to refuse services to clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment.
Medical Information:The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information to Spectra Clinic, including any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications. Spectra Clinic will not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete medical information.
Liability: The Client understands that the services provided by Spectra Clinic are voluntary and that there may be risks associated with these services. Spectra Clinic will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the Client, including but not limited to, physical or emotional injury, property damage, or financial loss.
Availability of Services: All services offered by Spectra Clinic are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Offers and Promotions: Any offer or promotion is subject to availability. All treatments purchased as a course of treatments must be paid in full prior or at the time of your first appointment.All treatments are non-refundable, non-transferrable unless extenuated circumstances apply and they must be used within 12 months of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from Spectra Clinic are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Spectra Clinic reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if this action is considered necessary.
Complaints: We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Any complaints should be addressed in writing to hello@spectra-clinic.com.
