Product Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with a skincare product that you purchased from our clinic, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Spectra Clinic reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product has been opened or used, or if it is not in its original packaging.

 

Service Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with a skincare service that you received from Spectra Clinic, please let us know within 24 hours of the service.

  • We will work with you to address your concerns and provide a resolution.

  • If you are still not satisfied after our efforts to resolve the issue, we may provide you with a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • We may ask you to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product or resolution of the service issue.
